Attempts to explore the history and life of the enslaved community at Arcadia Mill Archaeological Site in Milton, Florida, has been ongoing since 2009. Only fleeting snapshots of daily life have been documented within historical records, so understanding community life of the enslaved at Arcadia is largely left to archaeological investigations. This exhibit explores the most recent research into this subject.
